Lanzarote Photo Retreat

Join models Emma Helena & Sara Scarlet on a photographic spring break on the fabulous volcanic island or Lanzarote, part of the Spanish Canary Islands, near the coast of Morocco.

Hello photographers!

Experienced international models Emma Helena and Sara Scarlet are organising a brand new photo retreat on the beautiful island of Lanzarote, 10-13 April 2025.
Both models have travelled to Lanzarote before and will show you the most photogenic locations for model shooting!

What can you expect?
An experienced team of two models:  Emma Helena & Sara Scarlet, both our models speak NL and ENG.
Both models shoot up to artistic nudity/ fine art nude, we will also bring styled classical long dresses and fashion outfits if requested.
There will be a maximum of two photographers for two models, the models are happy to shoot solo and duo poses.
We work on a very select group 2 to 2 basis for duo poses and 1 or 2 to 1 basis for solo shooting.
(In case of increased demand, we consider adding a second trip or more dates to choose from)

Time table:
9 April  arrival day, no shooting
10 11 12 April: shoot days (4-5h shooting per day - mornings and evenings)
13 April: goodbye day, no shooting

Lanzarote is a magical always sunny island with breathtaking volcanic nature, beaches, several types of interesting rocks, volcanic black sand areas and so much more!

All model shooting fees are included.
Accomodation and transportation are not included this time, but we are willing to help finding you suitable accomodation and transportation options. Contact us for more info!
We will shoot at two to three locations per day, timing of the shoots will vary but prepare for 4-5h shooting per day. Most shoots will occur mornings and evenings for the best light and the least distractions. This will sometimes require waking up very early.

We will drive around the island and locations will be a combination of famously known spots and hidden gems. We will try to get as close as possible to the locations to minimise hike time, but we cannot guarantee that some mild hiking or climbing will be necessary for some locations. Both models are very happy to help and carry equipment if necessary.

Circumstantial last minute location and or timing changes are possible at all times due to weather or other variables that are out of our control. We do our utmost best to find alternative locations if some locations are too challenging at the planned moment of shooting. If you have preferred locations, it is possible to suggest them and we'll try to include them in the program!
If the weather does not permit shooting outdoors, we have an alternative typical rustic Canarian villa available to shoot at.

We will take time to explore local cuisine and guide you to our own favourite restaurants. Note that food and drinks are not included in the event price!

Note that all participants will be asked to sign a liability waiver for security and insurance.

Note that model contracts for non-commercial usage (social media, website, portfolio, exhibitions, art print sales, vanity publications and book publications) will be offered, if you require full releases, buy-outs or more specific usages, this can be discussed with the models directly.

What is NOT included?
Flights to and from Arrecife airport on Lanzarote, Canary Islands.
Food and drinks, we will guide you to local restaurants for lunch and dinner. (Lunch typically between midday and 2PM, dinner before or after our last shoot of the day)
Individual annulation and hospitalisation travel insurances.
Any extra shoots that you arrange with the models privately outside of the 3 day period.
Transportation is not included this time, contact us if you need help arranging your own transport.
We recommend that photographers from outside of the EU buy a local sim card at the airport or at a convenience store to be reachable by the group at all times.

How much does this cost?
€1925 per photographer on a basis of 2 photographers, 3 days
(incl model fees, excl accomodation, food and drinks and transport)
A non refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your spot. This means that in case you cancel, you will not be refunded. In the unlikely case that we cancel, your deposit will be refunded.
